I’d love to say this is the perfect dessert for when friends are round or the perfect weekend pudding, and screams summertime to me.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I love a chocolate dessert. However, sometimes, you want something a bit zingy and zingy this is. It’s light, it’s zingy, and feels oh so luxurious.
It’s also not too difficult either and comes together quite nicely. I’ll be honest, it’s my new go-to dessert recipe. You know those ones which look like you’ve made loads of effort but it’s actually quite simple – this is that kind of recipe.
