Healthy Pumpkin Brownies | Gluten Free & Dairy Free
Yes, you read that right. Healthy pumpkin brownies, and all of their gooey chocolatey goodness. Possibly my favourite thing about autumn is all the soul-warming food. Stews, soups, and, of course, anything pumpkin-spiced!
For the last few years, a staple of Halloween is my healthy pumpkin brownies. Yes, you heard that right. Healthy chocolate brownies. And they’re gluten-free & dairy-free!
Often when you hear the word healthy and brownie, you think no, that can’t be true. But every year I’m blown away by how tasty these are. They’re gooey, incredibly chocolatey, and will give your sweet tooth the hit it needs.

These bad boys are my favourite thing to make at this time of year. Not only do they taste gorgeous, but they’re also a great way to use up the insides of your pumpkins.
The best part is that whilst they are healthier than your average brownie, they still taste super chocolaty and are the perfect autumnal sweet treat to have.
Voila! There are your chocolate brownies, warm and ready to eat! I cut mine into quite small squares as you really do only need a small bit for your sweet tooth satisfaction. It’s also really nice with some ice cream as well!
Because there are no preservatives in these healthy pumpkin brownies, they need to be kept in the fridge to stay fresh. They also have a really quick shelf life, around 3-5 days!
If you’re looking for more pumpkin-based recipes, then you’re in luck! Click here to find more of my pumpkin recipes (I’m sharing a new recipe every day for Halloween week!). It can be hard to know exactly how to use all of your pumpkin, especially if you’re just carving them, which is why I wanted to share with you some of my favourite recipes.
How do you use the insides of your pumpkins? Let me know if you’re going to try the recipe out and tag me if you do!

I absolutely adore brownies and I like the pumpkin twist you’ve done with them, they do sound delicious! x
